Oklahoma states that it is a crime to use another’s personal identifying information to fraudulently obtain, among other things, goods and services.    The statute itself is Okla. Stat. tit. 21, § 1533.1.

Stat. § 205.463.  As with many other states, Nevada law not only addresses the use of someone else’s personal information to commit a crime or fraud, but also trafficking (e.g., buying and selling) such information.
