Hawaii Identity Theft

Like most other states, Hawaii has laws that deal with identity theft – specifically, the impersonation of another person with the intent to defraud.  The statute itself is Hawaii Statute § 708-839.6, as well as § 708-839.7 and § 708-839.8.
